Between May 7 and 13, 2023, we were pleased to welcome Prof. Robin Chen and eight students of National Chengchi University to Tohoku University.
It was a precious opportunity for our students to communicate with students from Taiwan. And this communication enabled us to deepen our mutual understanding of each other. Besides, this visit also enhanced institutional partnership for our future collaboration. We look forward to more communication and collaboration with friends at NCCU.
Day 1: Students visited both Kawaguchi campus and Katahira campus of Tohoku University. Specially, they visit Mr. Xun Lu's classroom and the university museum to understand history and the reality of the university.
Day 2: Visit to Sendai Multicultural Center, Joint lectures at TU
Day 3: Visit to Higashimatsushima Yamoto Higashi Primary School and the City Education Committee
Day 4: Visit to JICA Tohoku and AEL 2023 Summer Pre-study series
Day 5: Visit to Ruins of the Great East Japan Earthquake: Nakahama Elementary School and Strawberry Picking
