Between Dec.9 and 16, I conducted fieldwork in a rural small scale primary school in Hubei Province, China. The purpose of the study was to explore the current situation of young teachers' working experience in small scale school of rural area. It was my pleasure to meet with a group of lovely young teachers in their 20s. They are devoting their lives in providing education for kids in rural areas. During the fieldwork, I heard many stories of teachers and students which I was deeply touched. I was also able to pay home visits with the teachers to students' families in a Friday afternoon.
